Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development.
- Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to guide children's behavior.
- Assess and monitor each child's progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.

Qualifications
- CDA, Associates Degree, and/or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early learning standards.
- Excellent behavior management skills to create a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff members.
