Duties

- Utilize behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the educational journey of each child.
- Incorporate Montessori principles into daily activities to enhance independent learning.
- Organize classroom materials and resources effectively for optimal learning experiences.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and improve teaching methods.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Proficiency in behavior management strategies to effectively guide student behavior.
- Experience in literacy education, including phonics and reading readiness activities.
- Ability to teach basic math concepts through hands-on activities and games.
