## Job Overview We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. ## Responsibilities - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Schedule appointments and assist with managing calendars - File, computerize, and organize documents as needed - Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading and data entry - Handle inquiries from clients or customers with professionalism - Utilize knowledge of office procedures in a dental or medical office setting ## Requirements - Previous experience in a customer service or office clerk role is preferred - Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with clerical duties and basic computer skills
