Job Description Job Description As a Customer Care Specialist , you will be integral part of the wholesale flower bulb distribution with DeVroomen. Our primary customers are landscape contractors, professional growers, and garden centers. The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for entering data, managing customer service issues, and participating in the in-house sales efforts. The ideal candidate will need to possess a positive attitude and be customer service oriented, have strong communication skills, and enjoy talking to people daily.Responsibilities and Duties : Acquire full knowledge of all DeVroomen ProgramsManages main phone line and transfers callsWork with customers to resolve issuesCollaborate with Production Team to resolve issuesFollow up with existing customers to build relationships and upsell on our productsCommunicate with sales staff and customers about orders (sold out, quantity change, etc.…)Maintain updated recordsPrepare and mail bid books and other sales materialsAssist online and walk-in customersAdministrative Tasks Manages main phone line and transfers callsMaintain updated recordsPrepare and mail bid books and other materialsAdditional responsibilities and duties as required to support the team when requestedQualifications : Excellent computer skillsMS Office power user : utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Drive,Excellent verbal and telephone skillsStrong problem-solving skillsAttention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPlanning and organization skillsProfessionalism and integrityTeamwork and relationship-buildingGoal orientedExperience in B2B SalesMust pass a Background check.Company Description The DeVroomen Garden Joy landscape program consists of 250 carefully selected varieties.
