YOUR TYPICAL DAY...

  • Work on construction litigation files for the firm
  • Maintains rapport with Clients by making regular contact to develop strong relationships
  • Help to represent builders and subcontractors in the defense of litigated cases in commercial and residential construction
  • Prepares cases for litigation

    • YOUR BACKGROUND :

  • Experience with construction litigation
  • Always does the right thing" and is passionate about serving others
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional writing and research skills; superb verbal communication skills
  • Hard-working and humble, people oriented professional who can connect easily with others
  • Self-starter and motivated with the ability to be thorough
  • J.D. Licensed by State of Texas Bar preferred, but will consider other state license
