YOUR TYPICAL DAY...

Work on construction litigation files for the firm

Maintains rapport with Clients by making regular contact to develop strong relationships

Help to represent builders and subcontractors in the defense of litigated cases in commercial and residential construction

Prepares cases for litigation

YOUR BACKGROUND :

Experience with construction litigation

Always does the right thing" and is passionate about serving others

Detail-oriented with exceptional writing and research skills; superb verbal communication skills

Hard-working and humble, people oriented professional who can connect easily with others

Self-starter and motivated with the ability to be thorough

J.D. Licensed by State of Texas Bar preferred, but will consider other state license
