Job Overview:
This position has responsibility to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Benefit Solutions service line; providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that administrative processes are conducted in accordance with company policy.
Job Duties include the following, other duties may be assigned:
- Provides monthly reports to Benefit Solutions clients on services rendered, pertinent clinical data, and benefit of programming
- Assumes responsibility for reporting of all areas of Benefit Solutions including, but not limited to, DC at Work, Wellness, Comp, EAP and Population Health
- Assists in development of high- quality presentations to companies upon request
- Ensures a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Meets all deadlines
- Serves as a resource to Benefit Solutions Account Executive and Practice Managers
- Participates in sales and strategy planning as appropriate
- Creates and maintains office spreadsheet and databases, entering data as required, and assisting with the production of charts, graphs and statistics
Education and Experience:
- College degree, business or computer sciences technical desirable with a minimum of five years' experience in a health care environment or business-related field.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience are required
