Job Overview This position coordinates and processes for Deaconess Home Medical Equipment & Infusion / Freedom Medical or its subsidiaries (hereafter HME), referrals / requests from Case Manager / Referral RNs, Ancillary Services, physician's offices, other referral sources and clients. This position is responsible for accurate charging, billing, follow-up, refunding, and posting. Responsible for the resolution of patient inquiries pertaining to billing.
