Job Overview :
As a Specimen Processor, you would be responsible for providing technical and clerical support of the Chemistry, Hemo / Coag, Blood Bank, Microbiology, and / or Anatomic Pathology sections at either or both Laboratory locations which may include one or more of the following : receiving, processing, plating, culture processing and incubation, correct sample storage and distribution of lab specimens. This position may also perform data entry, computer registration, & packing and shipping samples. This may include Reference Lab specimen handling and Courier Receiving / Ordering / Exception handling.
