Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Medical Surgical Patient Care Technician to join our team at Deaconess Henderson. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients on the 45-bed Medical/Surgical, Telemetry Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the RN, including vital signs, medication administration, and other medical tasks as assigned.
- Assist professional staff with basic life support principles and report any concerns or observations to the RN promptly.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Certifications/Licenses/Education: Basic Life Support: Health Care Provider, within six months of hire; Completion of a high school education or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Successfully complete PCT classes as required by care center/unit.
