Job Overview :

The purpose of this position is to assist in the development, implementation, user adoption and usage, and support of information systems that support the strategic plan of the organization. Promoting excellent customer support and service are key requirements of this position. The Principal Trainer (PT) supports the training environments, curriculums and e-learnings for system application for new hire end user training. The PT will monitor training program effectiveness, and review and evaluate performance reports. In addition, the PT will support our Epic affiliate program with development, implementation, user adoption and support of their Credentialed Trainer model. This employee will be based at our Deaconess Memorial location.

Required : Certifications / Licenses / Experience :

RN would be required to have an active Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana or other compact licensure state
