## Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
## Duties
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
## Requirements
- Strong phone etiquette skills to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions and providing change
- Experience with product demonstrations is advantageous
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing sales
- Bilingual proficiency is a bonus
- Previous experience in wireless or technical sales is beneficial
- Prior experience in a grocery store setting is preferred
- Ability to drive sales through excellent customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.69 - $20.00 per hour
