Automotive corporate office is looking for an office assistant to be responsible for handling office duties and answering phone calls. You will be in charge of helping other team members around the office, maintain clock in hours for the team members, answering phones, taking messages, and sort mail. This is a full- time position.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Prior experience as a receptionist or a background in accounting is also helpful.
Responsibilities :
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, and taking notes.
- Data entry
- Assisting with the clock-in system for team members
- Preparing meetings
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
