WHY WE'RE LOOKING :
We are busy and we are looking to add additional members to our Implementation team to support our growth. We are looking for an Implementation Specialist with deep dealership experience implementing software solutions to help our dealers implement new solutions. Optimally, this person has both dealership and process improvement experience. We are looking for someone that has a background in Variable Operations including Fraud Prevention, CRM, Desking, Equity, Telephony, AI, F&I, F&I Menus and other Variable Operation solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Hold kickoff and status meeting(s) with dealership customers following the sale to review the implementation plan, to set good expectations for the project, access and communicate the status of the implementation, and communicate update(s) to the broader team both internally and externally
- Gather customer requirements and information to tailor the solution to the customer's business needs to optimize outcomes leveraging best practices
- Train the customer on the setup and utilization of DealerBuilt solutions
- Manage a project plan for each customer, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely implementation of solutions
- Communicate with customers throughout the implementation to ensure user, stakeholder, and decision maker engagement and support
- Work cross-functionally with the implementation team to ensure all key deliverables and project milestones are achieved
- Continually improve the implementation process by uncovering, documenting, and submitting best practices, recommendations, customer feedback with a focus on both quality and efficiency of implementation
