Job Description: Greeter
The Greeter is responsible for making a positive first impression by meeting and greeting customers with courtesy and efficiency. They present a professional appearance and businesslike presence, setting the tone for a great experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers with a smile and friendly demeanor
- Making a positive initial contact with the dealership
- Engage customers to understand their needs and route them appropriately within the dealership
- Receive customers into the service department for scheduled appointments
- Multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basis knowledge of computers and technology
- Knowledge of dealership organization to provide accurate routing
- Assist Service Advisors with administrative duties
Qualification Criteria:
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and customer service experience
- Pleasant and engaging personality, with excellent communication skills
- Proven customer service experience, preferably with a premium brand
- Listens accurately and retains information effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone
- Team-oriented and flexible with strong multitasking abilities
Job Type and Compensation:
Full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $15-$16 per hour
Salary : $15 - $16
