What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Marketing Manager position at Dealers Choice Business Services, LLC?
Ken Garff Automotive is currently looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to help support our fleet, aftermarket parts, and dealer entities. This position is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing strategies that includes (but is not limited to) digital marketing, website management, print, traditional mediums, and email marketing. This position is primarily in-person in the Salt Lake City, UT area.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Use data and research to formulate recommendations for optimizing current marketing strategies
- Develop plans to help grow true business results
- Identify and test methods of activating our respective B2B and B2C audiences, measuring for effectiveness and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal agency teams such as Creative, Social Media, Mass Media, Digital Marketing, Web, etc.
- Operate as each entity’s marketing resource, working with key personnel to understand business needs and to educate on marketing performance
- Careful ownership and stewardship of each entity’s marketing budgets
Account Management:
- Communicate frequently with key personnel for each entity—in person and through other various channels (email, chat, text, video calls) to accommodate needs and provide progress reports
- Assess performance of any third-party marketing vendors and manage those relationships
- Oversee the quality and final delivery of all marketing assets and activities for each entity
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track, report, and analyze all key marketing performance metrics related to ROI and ROAS
- Use data to provide recommendations for optimizing marketing plans to maximize efficiency and business results
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or other relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing (automotive experience a plus, but not required)
- Analytical thinker who understands the big picture needs and can pair those needs with the correct marketing metrics
- Highly collaborative, communicative, and has strong presentation skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and working with others to meet deadlines, ensure quality and accuracy, and track results
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
