Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our extended vehicle service contracts and address customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in our system.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
