We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to oversee cost analysis and safety compliance within Dean Construction. The ideal candidate will analyze costs to identify optimization opportunities, ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, and promote a culture of efficiency and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Analysis:
- Perform financial evaluations to assess operational costs, budgets, and forecasts.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or compliance.
- Develop and maintain cost tracking systems and generate regular reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to optimize resource allocation.
Safety Compliance:
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the workplace adheres to federal, state, and organizational safety regulations (OSHA standards, customer specific standards).
- Develop, implement, and update safety protocols and policies.
- Investigate safety incidents, prepare reports, and propose corrective actions.
- Conduct training programs to educate employees about safety procedures and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience in cost analysis and/or safety compliance roles is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety laws, standards, and best practices.
- Proficiency in [Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Time Tracking apps].
