Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager/ Estimator at Dean Construction in Lufkin, TX. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction and fabrication projects, including budget management, scheduling, and ensuring quality standards are met. The role involves collaborating with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management in the construction industry or other relevant fields
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of construction and fabrication processes and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft office software
- Certification in Project Management is a plus
- Ability to problem-solve and make strategic decisions
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
