Elwood Staffing is seeking a Project Estimator to join the team in Longview, TX! Work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a competitive pay range of $16-$20 per hour, depending on experience.

Project Estimator Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
to $ / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 00am to 05 : 00pm)
Prepare detailed estimates and quotes for contractors, architects, project managers, and clients for medium-sized commercial building projects through phone, email, and in-person consultations.
Actively engage with both existing and prospective clients to generate bids for new projects, building and nurturing strong relationships.
Manage and update the existing client database daily to ensure efficient tracking and communication.
Review blueprints, assess project requirements, and develop accurate cost estimates and competitive bids.
Follow up with clients to ensure bid acceptance and provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and company growth
Project Estimator Qualifications :
Must have estimating, bidding and quoting experience
Must be able to accurately read a tape measure to know how much material the job will take
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
