We are a well established property management company in Saint Petersburg looking for someone to join our team to help make sure our properties are well taken care of. If you have a Real Estate License and solid experience with residential property management, are proficient with different computer applications, and are looking for a positive and healthy work environment, let’s talk!
This is a full-time position from Monday through Friday. We offer 2 weeks paid vacation first year, paid holidays, company match 401k.
Your key responsibilities would be:
- Manage all aspects of property operations including maintenance, and owner and tenant relations
- Follow company processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements
- Utilize computer skills to maintain accurate records and reports
- Handle tenant and owner inquiries and issues with professionalism and excellent customer service
- Ensure property maintenance and repairs are coordinated timely and effectively
- Utilize organizational skills to effectively manage property tasks and deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to achieve property goals and objectives
Currently, we do not offer medical benefits. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
