Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain paper and electronic files in compliance with firm policies utilizing the firm’s document management system.
- Format and proofread correspondence, memos, and other legal documents from written and/or dictated attorney drafts.
- Schedule and calendar client meetings, as well as monitor attorney calendars.
- Submit billing entries, as well as expense reports.
- Other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.

- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage shifting priorities.
- Excellent written communication and proof-reading skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with clients and colleagues.
- Minimum of 3 years Legal Assistant or Executive Assistant experience (Required), in an estate planning practice (Preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF (Required).
- Experience with document management and legal drafting softwares (Required). Experience with iManage (Preferred).
- Typing minimum of 75 wpm (Required).
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- This position reports to work in-person at our Orlando office.
