The Broker Relations Representative is an entry level position that will assist the Broker Relations team with administrative tasks and provide support for the daily functions of the department.
Job Responsibilities :
Assist the Broker staff with projects, assignments and daily duties, such as data entry, updating and maintaining filing system
Sort mail, order supplies, and greet visitors as needed.
Input daily departmental data entry
Build knowledge of Broker Relations field through shadowing opportunities with staff at various levels
Take detailed notes for Broker Relations meetings
Assist in preparation of reports, help create procedures, processes, technical documentation and manuals.
Update and maintain filing system of teams assigned
Help create procedures, processes, technical documentation and manuals
Answer, return and direct any phone calls, sort mail, order supplies, and greet visitors
Complete any training assigned
Actively contribute to achievement of department goals
Answer broker calls (Inbound and outbound)
Job Requirements :
Customer Service w / a Healthcare Background -
Prefer
Life Insurance license - Prefer
Must have good verbal and written skills
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel
Familiarity with MS Access
Candidates must be detail oriented with some administrative skills
Job Details :
Starting pay rate $18 per hour (based on experience)
Benefits offered - healthcare, dental, life insurance, etc.
Full time - Monday - Friday / 8am -5pm
