The Utility Worker is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment in accordance with hospital standards.
Job Duties :
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Clean kitchen surfaces, equipment, and floors.
- Keep kitchen tools and equipment organized and in good condition.
- Report broken equipment to the supervisor.
- Empty trash and recycling bins.
- Keep the kitchen clean and free of clutter.
- Help restock supplies and ingredients.
- Help with basic food preparation when needed.
- Follow safety rules and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
