What You'll Be Doing
- Planning, organizing, and managing all resources to ensure the seamless functioning of the front desk area.
- Welcoming, directing, and announcing all visitors.
- Scheduling all meeting areas and facilitating catering orders as required.
- Receiving and distributing all office mail and deliveries in a timely manner.
- Coordinating daily/weekly cleaning of offices and scheduling cleaning of typical maintenance areas, i.e. carpet, glass.
- Assisting with new vendor set-ups and insurance certificates.
- Assisting with maintenance of Procore job files.
- Researching and ordering bi-weekly Wednesday Team Lunches to meet budget requirements.
- Announcing anniversaries, birthdays, and special occasions on Yammer.
- Ensuring timely procurement of all office supplies while being mindful of budget.
- Assisting with the coordination and supervision of office-related maintenance (HVAC, electric, landscaping).
- Learning and applying DeAngelis Diamonds SOP’s, standard operating procedures, to your work.
- Passion for construction and people.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Commitment to provide a positive experience for everyone you connect with, including but not limited to clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and team members.
- Entrepreneurial team player who can multitask.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Box, Bluebeam, Zoom, and multi-line phone systems.
- Passionate about learning and applying new technologies, concepts, and innovative solutions.
- Proficient with office-related equipment such as projectors, iPads, and copy equipment.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role with a high emphasis on relational communication.
- Associates degree in Communication or Business Management preferred.
- Notary Public (within 30 days)
