Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
- Healthcare Recruiter: Source, recruit, and place professionals in healthcare roles such as nurses, allied health staff, and administrative personnel.
- Hospitality Recruiter: Recruit and place top talent for hospitality roles, including chefs, servers, event staff, and food service managers.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-demand roles in each industry.

Client Collaboration:
- Partner with healthcare and hospitality clients to understand staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.

Candidate Screening:
- Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and fit for the role.

Metrics-Driven Recruitment:
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators, such as time-to-fill, placement success rates, and client satisfaction.

Technology Utilization:
- Manage recruitment workflows through Bullhorn ATS (experience preferred) or similar systems.

Compliance:
- Ensure candidates meet licensing, certification, and regulatory standards, especially for healthcare roles.

Qualifications:

- 2 years of recruiting experience in a staffing or recruiting firm.
- 2 years in healthcare or hospitality
- Expertise: Specialization in healthcare staffing or hospitality staffing preferred.
