Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline business operations
• Integrate AI tools and services into existing workflows
• Manage and optimize social media automation for engagement and lead generation
• Assist in programming and configuring APIs, chatbots, and AI-powered tools
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer interactions through AI-driven solutions and branding
• Stay up to date with AI, automation, and social media trends to recommend new tools and strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Customize and configure the CRM software to meet the organization's specific needs and requirements.
• Implement CRM workflows, automation, and personalized communications to optimize customer interactions.
• Assist with Branding and event coordination for community outreach and educational seminars

Requirements:

Pay:

• Starting rate $42,000
• Potential for Bonus
