Marketing Manager As the Marketing Manager you'll join a leading agricultural equipment company breaking into the US market. You will play a critical role in managing sales, building a dealer network, and executing marketing strategies to establish a strong presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US agricultural market, exceptional strategic thinking skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographies. Responsibilities : - Manage the sales funnel from generating inquiries to closing deals, focusing on the company"s range of tractors and agricultural equipment.- Develop and execute market entry strategies, including forecasting demand and identifying key market opportunities for growth.- Build and maintain a high-performing dealer network, ensuring compliance with the Dealer Excellence Program and supporting new dealers with training and tools.- Plan and manage marketing campaigns tailored to the US market, including seasonal initiatives, product launches, and participation in major farm shows.- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to design effective online campaigns and build brand visibility.- Lead the launch of new products, overseeing field testing, dealer / media presentations, and the creation of marketing and training materials.- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market performance to inform strategic decisions.- Manage budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources while delivering measurable impact.
