Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Supervise and manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned area to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold high standards of guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or guest services, preferably in a casino or similar setting.
