Duties

- Manage cash handling processes accurately, including transactions and basic math calculations.
- Assist guests with their needs, ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.

- Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization within the facility.
Experience
- Previous experience in a casino or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Proven ability in supervising teams and managing operations effectively.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest services.
- Basic math skills for cash handling responsibilities are essential.
