Key Responsibilities:
· Assist senior technicians with repairs, installations, and troubleshooting.
· Follow safety protocols and ensure all work is completed to company standards.
· Maintain accurate records of services performed.
· Perform basic service and maintenance tasks on various equipment and systems.
· Respond to service calls and assist customers with their service needs.
· Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients and offering solutions.
· Learn and apply new skills and knowledge related to the job.
Qualifications/Skills:
· Plumbing License REQUIRED
· No prior experience necessary – we will train you!
· Apprenticeship courses through an accredited program required while receiving on the job training.
· A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Basic mechanical or technical aptitude is a plus but not required.
· Valid Idaho driver’s license and clean driving record.
· Clean appearance.
