Skilled Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Skilled Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that support construction, maintenance, or manufacturing operations. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to follow instructions accurately while ensuring safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to construction, assembly, and maintenance work.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist in the preparation of job sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment.
• Follow blueprints and technical drawings to complete projects accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on the job site.

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical documents is a plus.
• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.50 - $25.58 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
