Job Overview:
Maluliku General Contracting is seeking a skilled and dependable Skilled Laborer to join our team. This role requires experience in various construction trades and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have their own basic tools and be proficient in a range of construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled labor tasks such as framing, roofing, drywall installation, finish work, concrete work, and landscaping.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Work alongside other tradespeople and assist as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
- Ensure work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or skilled labor.
- Proficiency in at least one or more trades, such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or finish work.
- Must have basic hand tools and small power tools necessary for daily tasks.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications (e.g., OSHA, first aid, equipment operation).
- Experience leading small teams or mentoring laborers.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
