Tech-Savvy and Detail-Oriented:
Document Preparation & Management:
We are seeking a dedicated Legal Forwarder to join our team and play a key role in bridging our collections and affiliate attorneys.
What You’ll Do
Document Preparation & Management:
- Prepare, review, and organize legal documents with high attention to detail.
- Utilize various software tools to maintain accurate records and ensure all materials are ready for case forwarding.
High-Volume Email Management:
- Handle a substantial volume of emails daily, ensuring timely responses and proper follow-up.
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems and keep communication channels updated.
Client Communication:
- Proactively call clients to request the necessary documentation required to advance cases.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and our legal/collections teams, ensuring that all required information is gathered efficiently.
Case Coordination:
- Monitor and track the status of legal documents, ensuring deadlines are met and cases are forwarded promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that cases are processed smoothly and effectively.
Who We’re Looking For
Tech-Savvy and Detail-Oriented:
- You are highly proficient with computers and comfortable preparing and managing digital documents.
- You excel at organizing large volumes of information and maintaining accuracy under pressure.
Excellent Communicator:
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of handling heavy email correspondence with precision.
- You are confident on the phone, able to communicate professionally with clients to obtain the necessary documentation.
Organized and Proactive:
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment where staying on top of multiple tasks is essential.
- You have a proactive approach to work and a commitment to ensuring that all case documentation is handled efficiently.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a legal, administrative, or document management role is preferred.
- Familiarity with managing high-volume communications and client outreach is a plus.
