Job Details
What You'll Do
Case Intake & Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering case-related questions.
conduct initial case evaluations, gather medical records, accident reports, and claim documents
Ensure proper documentation and filing for claims
prepare, organize, and maintain case files in compliance with state and federal regulations
communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel
schedule medical evaluations, depositions, and hearings,
draft demand letters, settlement documents, and legal correspondence
What We're Looking For
2-5 years of experience as a Case Manager, Paralegal, or Legal Assistant in Workers' Compensation laws and PI pre-litigation processes.
Strong understanding of Florida Workers' Compensation laws and/or PI litigation processes
Ability to manage high-volume caseloads
Excellent written & verbal communication skillset
Proficiency in Lexi-Nexis software a plus
