Job Summary: DebtBlue is excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Desktop Specialist to join our dynamic IT (Information Technology) department. In this entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional technical support and swiftly resolving technical challenges as they arise. You will work closely with our Director of IT, gaining valuable experience and contributing to our mission of providing outstanding service. Pay: $18 – 24/per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday: 9-6 pm
What you'll do:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
- Setting up accounts for new users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Testing new technology.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing. The team member must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.
