Job Summary : DebtBlue is seeking a Content Marketing & Social Media Specialist who will optimiz paid campaigns, as well as creating content for social media, with a strong emphasis on generating high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will utilize data-driven insights, A / B testing, and advanced targeting strategies to achieve results and maximize ROI.

What you'll do :
Social Media Management :
- Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.).
- Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok Ads Manager, optimizing for performance and ROI.
- Analyze and interpret campaign data to make informed decisions on audience targeting, creative strategies, and budget allocation.
- Perform A / B testing for ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to maximize effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on algorithm changes, ad policies, and platform updates to maintain compliance and enhance campaign outcomes.
- Set up, monitor, and maintain tracking pixels on landing pages to ensure accurate data collection and attribution.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging ad creatives and content tailored to platform specifications and target audience.
- Monitor and respond to customer comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
- Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the Director of Marketing.
