As the Brand Marketing Director, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to efficiently attract and retain patients while driving brand awareness, new guest traffic and revenue growth. This role demands a blend of strategic prowess, creativity, and analytical acumen to effectively connect with our target audiences and exceed our marketing objectives. This role will be pivotal in executing brand messaging across multiple channels, including social media, influencers, PR, and internal communications. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader, capable of developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that elevate our brand and generate business impact. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of successfully orchestrating results driven, full funnel marketing initiatives. In addition, experience with multi-location businesses, particularly in healthcare, hospitality, quick-service restaurant (QSR), and/or retail sectors is a plus. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, focusing on driving traffic and sales and brand building
- Driven, independent, creative thinker with a passion for building strong, engaging brands
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Thrive in an entrepreneurial culture with a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement

- Experience in multi-location local marketing, for example, retail, QSR, hospitality, or healthcare
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
