The Marketing Director, Brand will be responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy and direction of an exciting new brand, Municipal, which we will launching soon. This role will focus on leadership, strategic thinking, and creativity to manage and grow the brand’s presence across various channels, ensuring it aligns with the Company’s long-term vision and objectives.
The position is a full-time, with a hybrid in-office/wfh schedule of Mondays and Fridays being in-office days and Tue-Thu as optional to work from home or be in the office. Our office is located in the Addison/Farmers Branch area in DFW.
Responsibilities:
• Brand Identity Development: Assist in the brand creation and oversee the creative agency who will develop a distinctive brand identity and storytelling framework that defines the gym line as a leader in fitness and lifestyle innovation.
• Public Relations Management: Manage the PR agency in executing a comprehensive PR strategy to enhance brand credibility, manage media relationships, and secure top-tier press coverage.
• Campaign Leadership: Oversee the execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and traditional channels, ensuring a cohesive and high-impact brand presence.
• Creative Oversight: Partner with internal and external creative teams to produce compelling, premium content that aligns with brand values and engages the target audience.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics and consumer insights to refine strategies and ensure alignment with the expectations of affluent consumers.
• Social Media: Lead the development and execution of the brand’s social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Related Field
• 5 years of experience in brand marketing.
• Experience in PR strategy, media relations, and crafting compelling brand narratives.
• Proven ability in executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience partnering with creative agencies and ensuring on-brand execution.
• Familiarity with affluent consumer demographics and premium lifestyle trends.
• Exposure to analytics and marketing tools, proficiency in using HubSpot and social listening platforms.
Requirements:
• Must successfully pass background check.
• Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public
• Ability to access and operate the Company computer system including preparing documents, entering data into computer system, read reports from a computer data base or email system

Compensation:
Pay Range: $105K - $120k
Schedule: Monday – Friday
