Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Open and lock front door
- Keep lobby maintained
- Greet customers with open arms. Be extremely kind, welcoming, helpful and professional
- Notify the appropriate team member based off customer need
- Walk customers to appropriate meeting rooms (conference room, office, lobby room, etc). Make sure they are comfortable and offer water/coffee (if in stock).
- Collect rent payments from residents who visit the office and give to accounting
- Enter work orders for residents who visit the office
- Answer and handle incoming calls
- Respond to voicemails
- Assist prospective residents in finding a home, scheduling appointments, reviewing the rental criteria, etc
- When property is rented, adjust/notify manual appointments
- Receive, open, stamp and distribute mail daily
- Respond and manage the Deca general email
- Monitor and respond to office cell phone
- Monitor and order office supplies, toiletries, kitchen needs, keep mini fridge stocked with water
- Keep toner up to date for all printers
- Oversee main printers and call when assistance is needed
- Oversee postage machine and keep up to date with postage, ink, waste pad, etc
- Assist with office projects/tasks as requested
- Keep QR flyers up to date for leasing reps to handout to prospects
- Keep resident welcome packet supplies stocked and put bags together

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
