About the Role
We are seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our headquarters in O'Fallon, MO. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling front desk responsibilities, administrative tasks, and supporting key departments, including Customer Experience and Claims. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Essential Job Functions:
- Greet and welcome guests at the reception desk in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming calls and place outbound calls on behalf of office staff.
- Manage office emails with professionalism and respond in a timely manner.
- Monitor office supply levels and place orders when necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries efficiently.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the CXT and Claims departments.
- Assist with various office duties to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Report directly to the Administrative Assistant to the SVP of Operations.
Required Skills:
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required, Associate's degree in Administrative Assistance or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or front office role preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams).
