Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies to maintain stock.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
- Collaborate with management on menu planning, catering events, and banquet services.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet established standards.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Ability to follow recipes and determine ingredients and quantity needed.
- Familiarity of kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service or restaurant management sector.

- Experience expediting tickets to line working in high pressure environment.
- ServSafe certification is preferred.
