The Head of Revenue Operations is the strategic architect of Decagon's revenue engine, serving as the critical nexus between data, strategy, and execution. You will transform raw operational information into a predictive, intelligent system that drives sustainable revenue growth. By bridging sales, marketing, and customer success, you'll create a holistic view of our revenue generation process, identifying opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and strategic acceleration.
