We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media and Facility Promotions Coordinator with excellent leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will foster a positive attitude, seek ways to promote positivity in and outside of the facility, and go the extra mile. The Social Media and Facility Promotions Coordinator would ideally be a grassroots, internet advisor. This individual would run and manage the social media accounts and be responsible for posting and sharing all the things that go on at the facility. This individual will also be our photographer/editor, responsible for capturing all the fun activities and heartfelt memories.
We are looking for someone who can get to know the patients from beginning to end and be able to tell their story and share their progress and milestones. We heavily value our patients and all of the progress that they make, and we want to be able to share their stories with the community and recognize all of their accomplishments. This individual will need to be flexible, spontaneous, and innovatively minded.
Qualifications:
- Experience with social media platforms
- Excellent technology skills
- Skills in photography and editing
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and oral and written communication skills
- Healthcare experience preferred, SNF experience would be best
- Must have own personal computer/laptop
- Amateur who has a passion for the job
- Ability and desire to learn quickly
Responsibilities:
- Will work at facility, but may have large portion offsite
- Manage email campaigns
- Facilitate and document patient progress stories
- Photography/Editing
- Managing social media accounts
- Objective Target Marketing
- Report directly to the Administrator
- Show a lot of initiative and take direction well
- Other responsibilities as deemed fit
