Schedule
- Job Type: Full-time
- Hours: Evening 3p-11p
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inquiries from potential residents, families, and referral sources.
- Provide information about the admissions process, facility services, and care programs.
- Assist with the completion of admissions forms and required documentation.
- Coordinate and facilitate facility tours for prospective residents and their families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of admissions and prospective residents.
- Participate in community outreach efforts to build and maintain referral relationships.
- Support the admissions team with events, open houses, and marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Alabama Registered Nurse ( RN ) or Compact License
- Proven experience in a long-term care, healthcare, or admissions role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of long-term care services, Medicaid/Medicare, and insurance processes is a plus.
