Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to $31.00-$38.00/hr, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the nursing staff during the day shift to ensure optimal patient care and support.
• Address escalated issues or emergencies, coordinating resources and care as necessary.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and oversee patient assessments to ensure quality care standards.
• Train and mentor nursing staff, promoting ongoing education and development.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, focusing on patient safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Commitment to high-quality care and hospitality
• Ability to work independently and manage high-pressure situations effectively
