What are the responsibilities and job description for the Instructional Designer position at Decca Recruiting?
Under general supervision, works with Subject Matter Experts and team members to provide instructional and program design assistance for the development, continuous improvement and support of training material and / or any other kind of special required documentation based on the needs of our Product Service Lines and Support Services groups. Skills are typically acquired through an undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience and 0-2 years of instructional design experience. Undergraduate degree may be substituted for experience. Without an undergraduate degree 2 years related experience is required.
Position is for 180 days with a potential to extend (Business needs will determine if converted to FTE) Schedule: 40 hrs, 8-5, M-F – On-Site. North Belt Campus Top skills: 1. Proficiency in Articulate Storyline (MUST-HAVE) Please provide portfolio or work samples. 2. Skills in other e-Learning tools (Rise 360, AI Voiceover software, Camtasia etc.) 3. Video Editing skills Additional skills: 1. Collaboration/stakeholder management 2. Ability to work on simultaneous projects. 3. Ability to work autonomously.
