Job Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Technical Support Analyst for a C2C opportunity in Richmond, VA. This role has the potential to extend over multiple years, with the chance to transition to a direct hire position with our client. Role Description
ON SITE : First 30 days 100% ON SITE required for training purposes. After training schedule will be 2 -3 days on site. Schedule is on a rotation with other team members to make sure internal clients have adequate coverage. Parking is NOT provided for contractors.
Responsibilities
- Answering all calls for the Helpdesk, creating tickets, and assigning them to the Helpdesk analysts.
- Perform password resets, and unlock AD, eSCC, and RSA accounts as needed.
- Responsible for all new hire PC builds and the deployment of that equipment to the new hires' office.
- Reimage all PCs returned to the Helpdesk for redeployment.
- Install software to end user PCs as requested.
- Perform PC troubleshooting as needed.
- Manage loaner laptops ensuring they are updated and patched as needed. Reimage them once they are returned to the Helpdesk for future deployments to SCC staff.
