POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing Leader for Decisely will be a senior executive responsible for overseeing Decisely’s marketing strategies and initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in brand management, customer engagement, and digital innovation. Decisely’s Marketing Leader will need to be able to align marketing strategies with our business objectives to drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and increase Decisely’s customer acquisition and retention.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Advanced certifications in digital marketing or analytics are a plus.
Experience:
- 10 years in marketing leadership roles, with proven results in driving growth.
- Experience in Insurtech/Employee Benefits, Insurance, Fintech, or Technology-driven industries is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in scaling marketing operations in high-growth organizations.
KEY OBJECTIVES in 2025
- Develop and deliver a demand generation Lead Flow that supports 900 new sales:
- 700 Core sales
- 200 ICHRA sales
- Deliver the required support for all Business Development Marketing needs resulting in:
- ICHRA Alternative Distribution
- A minimum of 6 - New Traditional Program Sponsors
- Deliver sales support materials resulting in 2025 sales objectives for:
- ICHRA – Employer / Employee
- Compliance Services
- Deliver marketing support for the Account management / Clients Engagement team resulting in:
- No less than a 15% improvement in cross sales (VB and Compliance) over 2024
- Client retention of no less than 88%
- Deliver a new Decisely Web Experience including but not limited to:
- Decisely’s Landing Page
- Prospect landing pages
KEY AREAS:
- Revenue & Growth: Marketing-attributed revenue, cost per acquisition (CPA), and lead-to-customer conversion rates.
- Brand Awareness: Increases in brand recognition, share of voice (SOV), and content engagement.
- Lead Generation: Qualified leads, funnel velocity, and campaign ROI.
- Digital Performance: Website traffic growth, SEO rankings, and paid advertising metrics.
- Customer Retention: Net Promoter Score (NPS), upsell/cross-sell revenue, and retention campaign ROI.
- Operational Efficiency: Budget adherence, team productivity, and alignment with strategic goals (e.g., partnerships or market penetration).
