As we continue our rapid expansion across multiple states, we are seeking a talented and ambitious Architect or Architectural designer to become a core part of our industry-leading team. This is a full-time, in-house position with tremendous growth potential, offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge, high-end residential projects that redefine how people experience outdoor living.
Your Impact:
As an Architectural Project Manager, you will be the key connector between our clients, project team, consultants, internal leadership, and external stakeholders. Your expertise will help shape projects from initial design through completion, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship, compliance, and innovation in every project we deliver. In addition to hands-on project management, this role requires strong leadership and workflow management as you will be overseeing and coordinating the work of multiple remote architects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate a team of remote architects, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet company quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients, designers, and engineers to create stunning, functional outdoor spaces.
- Lead projects through all phases of design, from concept to completion.
- Ensure all projects comply with structural codes and zoning regulations.
- Provide guidance on value engineering and best build practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and deadlines.
- Oversee and revise 3D renderings, construction documents, and animations.
- Work with internal teams on zoning requirements, permit applications, and design approvals.
- Implement and refine workflow processes to optimize efficiency among remote and in-house team members.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in residential construction, with a focus on outdoor structures such as decks, pavilions, and outdoor living spaces.
- Experience navigating zoning approvals and permit applications.
- Proven experience in managing remote teams and workflow processes.
- Deep understanding of residential structural codes related to outdoor projects.
- Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and approving detailed construction documents.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, particularly in residential outdoor construction.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (SketchUp, Realtime Landscape Architect, etc.) is a plus.
