A day in the life of a Decker Accounts Receivable Assistant looks like:
- Data entry across multiple systems
- Filing important documentation
- Posting daily deposits
- Reconciliation of cash entries
- Researching payment remittances
- Backing up Billing Department as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- AR Experience
- Good keypunch, communication and cross reference skills
- Knowledge of McLeod Transportation Software, Payment websites and Desktop Deposit Services helpful
